30-Days Jiu-Jitsu Free Trial Terms and Conditions

1. Availability

Limited slots are available for Batch 1: January 2 – January 31, 2025.
Batch 2: January 16- February 15, 2025
Batch 3: February 1- February 28, 2025
Batch 4: February 16 -March 15, 2025
Participants can join unlimited Jiu-Jitsu classes based on the provided schedules.

2. Attire Requirements

No Gi or NO JIU JITSU UNIFORM IS REQUIRED during the free trial.
For boys/men: Wear shorts without pockets and a rash guard.
For girls/women: Wear leggings and a rash guard.
Sleeveless attire is not permitted.

3. Decision Period

Upon signing up, participants have 2 weeks to decide whether to continue with the 1-month free trial or drop the class.
If you choose to continue, enrollment is required in person at the counter, with a Php 1000 deposit fee deductible on your due, full balance will be collected after your 30 days trial.

4. Payment Schedule

Payments are due either on the 1st day or the 16th day of each month.

5. Sign-Up Process

Drop-in: Php 400
Toddler: Php 2,000/month
Kids/Teens Lock-in (6 months): Php 2,300/month
Kids/Teens No Lock-in: Php 2,500/month
Adult Lock-in (6 months): Php 2,500/month
Adult No Lock-in: Php 2,800/month
Students & PWD: Php 2,300/month (lock-in 6 months) or Php 2,500/month (no membership lock-in)

Only for Complete beginners with no experience in Jiu Jitsu or any form of grappling.

I, ___ entirely upon my own initiative and risk and responsibility am about to participate in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training at Fraction Fitness Studio. I am at least 18 years of age. If I am under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will sign below on my behalf. I understand that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can cause serious injury or even death. I will be learning to immobilize an opponent by choking them unconscious or causing major trauma to joints such as the shoulder, knee, or elbow. At some point everyone who trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu long enough will suffer at least a minor injury. Knowing all of the above, I freely choose to participate in class and acknowledge my risk. Therefore, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators release and hold harmless to Fraction Jiu Jitsu, and the instructors from any and all liability, negligence, claims demands, actions or causes of actions, or caused of actions resulting from any participation in this sport/activity/class and associated activity. If age under 18, must be accomplished by Parents/Guardian.
